At the end of the auditing process, we will provide a checklist of refund areas or re-classifications for our client to review and approve. Then we will manage the claim and refund process for the client, mitigating any unnecessary burdens.
We work on a contingency fee and only get paid when our clients receive a refund or rate reclassification.
